Terms and Conditions for Customer's Booking

1. General Terms

By booking a tour or service with Anagatas, operated by PT. Anagata Arwana Indonesia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your booking, payment, cancellation, and liability related to our travel services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website www.anagatas.com or authorized agents.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent upon successful payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
  • Refund policies vary based on the type of service booked:
    • More than 7 days before the service date: Full refund minus bank transfer processing fees.
    • 24 Hours before the service date: 50% refund.
    • No show at the service date: No refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

4. Changes and Amendments

  • Requests for changes to your booking must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on your itinerary change.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate personal information during booking.
  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, and accessibility needs) should be communicated in advance.
  • Customers are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, and health requirements.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Anagatas is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or third-party service failures.
  • Customers must follow local laws and safety regulations during tours.
  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the service.

7. Force Majeure

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, political instability), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indonesian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
